COMPLAINT POLICY

The Editorial Board will promptly and constructively respond to and respond to all complaints, as necessary. The editorial board of the journal “Optoelectronic information–power technologies” will study the specific case of the complaint in accordance with its nature and complexity, and any decision made will take into account the recommendations provided by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

Suggestions or complaints should be sent to the journal's e-mail addresses oeipts@gmail.com, psv@vntu.edu.ua. All messages will be considered within thirty working days. However, depending on the complexity of the complaint, the time for resolving the problem may be extended.

The complaint should be concise, specific and contain sufficient data to demonstrate any possible violation of the journal's publication ethics. If possible, additional documents should also be provided to support the specific claim. Complaints that are beyond the scope of the journal, such as personal complaints against authors, editors, reviewers, or the journal's editorial board, will be responded to, stating the reasons why the complaint was deemed to be beyond the scope of the journal's responsibility. Furthermore, the journal will refrain from conducting an appropriate investigation when complaints are submitted in an abusive, threatening, or defamatory manner.
