Focus and Scope

The editorial policy of the journal “Optoelectronic information–power technologies” is based on the principles of objectivity and impartiality in the selection of articles for publication; high demands on the quality of scientific research; mandatory review of articles; adherence to collegiality in making decisions on the publication of articles; accessibility and efficiency in communicating with authors; strict compliance with copyright and related rights. The main criterion for selecting materials for publication is their novelty and relevance of ideas, scientific novelty and practical value, and the reliability of the submitted work.

The purpose of the scientific journal “Optoelectronic information–power technologies” is to highlight the results of scientific research, different views of scientists on global and current scientific problems, as well as analyze trends and prospects for the future in the field of optoelectronic and laser technologies.

The journal's objectives:

  • publication of scientific results on the expansion and modernization of research on the following topics: information optoelectronic technologies, hybrid optical/digital and IR systems and methods of image/signal processing, pattern recognition and vision systems, artificial intelligence technologies, non-destructive testing, optical security devices, spatial light modulators and other optoelectronic and laser components;
  • introduction of innovations in the development of the knowledge economy, technologies in entrepreneurship and business;
  • establishment of partnership cooperation with international scientific publishing organizations;
  • adherence to editorial ethics.
