AGREEMENT ON THE TRANSFER OF RIGHTS FROM AUTHOR TO PUBLISHER
All publications in the journal “Optoelectronic information–power technologies” are distributed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution License International CC-BY.
The author's submission of material to the editorial office automatically implies agreement with the terms of the public agreement below.
Author's rights and guarantees
Submission of the manuscript certifies that the author(s):
- do not violate the copyrights of third parties or organizations;
- have not published this work previously and have not submitted it to other publications.
The author retains full copyright to his/her own work.
Publisher's rights
The publisher receives the right of first publication of the article under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY) license, which provides the opportunity to:
- publish the article in English and distribute printed copies;
- translate the article into English (for materials submitted in Ukrainian) and distribute the printed version of the translation;
- distribute the electronic version of the article and its English translation (for materials in Ukrainian) through any electronic means - the official website of the journal, electronic databases, repositories, etc.
Citation conditions
In case of any use of the material, a bibliographical reference to the original publication or a hyperlink to the electronic version of the article on the official website of the journal is mandatory.
