System of automated two-wave Mueller polarimetry for estimating the anisotropic structure of histological sections

Abstract

The method has been improved and the architecture of an automated Muller polarimetry system has been developed to evaluate the anisotron structure of histological sections at wavelengths of 0.634 μm and 0.435 μm. The reliability of the method of differentiation of histological sections with phase and orientation muller-matrix images measured at two wavelengths is estimated.
